By placing an order for any of our products you are receiving a finished product and accept these terms and conditions.

All orders placed via the website are packed to order and will be shipped as soon as possible.

RefundsĀ 

The contents of our boxes vary from month to month, our graphics are updated online and these are to give you an example of what may be included in your delivery, this however is subject to change depending on supply of product from our roasters and suppliers.

Once an order has been placed and packed we are unable to offer a refund unless the product is damaged upon receipt. For any claims of damage we must be notified via email to hello@wakeuproasters.com within 24 hours of delivery. Only when our product is found to be faulty or damaged will a replacement be issued.

We may also decide to replace only damaged parts of your order and not the full contents of the monthly box. Alternative options may also be supplied as chosen by Wake Up Roasters.
